How is revenue shared?

You earn a competitive percentage on every single project you contribute to. There is no fixed salary — your earnings are tied directly to the value and projects you successfully deliver. The exact percentage breakdown and project scale are transparently agreed upon and confirmed in writing before you begin any assignment.

What tools and resources do I get?

We provide access to the professional software, tools and licenses needed to deliver the work, at no cost to you. You also work under the Nexacore brand, with our processes and support behind you.

Who finds the clients and projects?

We do. Nexacore brings in the clients and the projects — you don't need to go out and find work. You focus on delivering great results.

How are projects assigned?

Nexacore assigns projects based on your skills and the needs of each project. We match the right contributor to the right work, so you're set up to deliver in your area of strength.

When do I get paid?

Your revenue share is paid upon delivery of the project. Once the project is completed and delivered, your share is calculated and paid out according to the agreed terms.

Who owns the finished work?

The finished work is owned by Fb Nexacore Digital (and delivered to the client as part of the project). You keep the right to showcase your contribution in your portfolio, credited under the Nexacore brand.

What level of commitment is expected?

We offer absolute flexibility. Our partnership model operates strictly on a project-by-project basis with no minimum mandatory hours imposed on you. The workflow is 100% remote, giving you full control over your schedule. Furthermore, our agreement is non-exclusive, meaning you are completely free to take on outside freelance contracts or maintain other professional commitments in parallel.
